Mountjoy United were crowned champions of Division 2 when they pipped Lisnaskea Rovers to the title, following a ding dong battle throughout the season. After narrowly missing out on promotion last season neither Mountjoy or Lisnaskea were going to be denied this season with some superb performances put in by both sides. Backed by good youth systems both clubs should be aiming to survive in what will be an ultra competive Division 1 next season.
